Warranty Policy

Smart Amto Technology Co., Ltd. ("Smart Amto") warrants that its hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified below, under normal use and service conditions.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from an authorized Smart Amto distributor or direct purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

Warranty periods vary by product category. However, most of the products comes with one year of standard manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the product datasheet or contact Smart Amto for the specific warranty period applicable to your product.

During the applicable warranty period, Smart Amto will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component at no charge for parts and labor.

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from causes outside of Smart Amto's control, including but not limited to:

To initiate a warranty claim, contact Smart Amto Technical Support with your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the defect or failure.

Smart Amto will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the claim is approved. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Smart Amto. Smart Amto will cover return shipping for products confirmed to be defective under warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

SMART AMTO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR LOSS OF DATA.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this warranty. This warranty does not affect those rights.
